I graduated from Virginia Tech with an engineering degree and worked for a couple years as an engineer before pursuing counseling. Through a journey of self-discovery, reflection, and growth I discovered my true passion and skill for helping people heal, giving hope, and creating change. This led me to pursue a Masters in Counseling through the CACREP-accredited counseling program at Denver Seminary. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2015 and have been helping clients in the Denver Metro Area achieve their personal and professional goals ever since. I believe the essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I am passionate about authentic relationships, with yourself and others. I strive to create meaningful, genuine, and impactful change through the therapeutic relationship.
